Marketing Demand Coordinator

Role Description

The Marketing Demand Coordinator will support the Demand team’s planning and execution of key digital events, campaign deliverables, and conferences. This individual will have at least 2+ years of Marketing experience, preferable in FinTech and/or B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Demand Generation Manager and HubSpot Administrator in strategic planning and execution of demand calendar
  • Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to the team and ensuring cross-functional alignment
  • Shaping strategy to progress Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, and third-party hosted webinars by coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, and communicating with vendor contacts
  • Managing content syndication programs by sourcing quality vendors, fulfilling internal requirements, and reporting on ROI
  • Coordinating digital events and ensuring an expansive webinar program is well executed
  • Owning tools and vendor relationships such as Vidyard and Drift
  • Implementing video and on-demand webinar strategy
  • Optimizing the inbound lead flow on the website for conversions
  • Following quality data practices within Salesforce Campaigns as well as HubSpot marketing automation
  • Monitoring budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Negotiating and executing contracts for both vendors and tools
  • Assisting in evaluating ROI for all demand tactics by each vendor and stage of the buyer journey
  • Communicating campaign calendar internally and maintaining visibility of ROI for each stage of the funnel through to booking

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in FinTech and/or B2B SaaS
  • Highly organized & detail oriented individual
  • Project management experience and time-management skills for successfully navigating time-sensitive projects
  • Familiarity with project management software like Monday.com 
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or an equivalent marketing automation platform
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Analytical thinker that asks thoughtful questions and identifies project roadblocks
  • Ability to take direction and independently execute while asking for guidance when needed
  • Eager to learn, expand their skill set, and grow within the organization
  • Creative, self-motivated and excited to be a part of a high performance team
