Marketing Coordinator

Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support the digital marketing team’s planning and execution of key advertising, campaigns. This individual will have at least 2+ years of Marketing experience, preferable in FinTech and/or B2B SaaS.


  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager in strategic planning and execution of digital marketing and paid advertisements 
  • Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to the team and ensuring cross-functional alignment
  • Shaping strategy to progress Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from social paid channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter
  • Promoting demand events such as trade show, webinar and thought leadership events ads
  • Developing assigning schedules, and communicating with  internal demand to support a full production of demand ads on the quarterly basis
  • Managing paid ad conversions by A/B testing ads, landing pages and copy
  • Coordinating digital events and ensuring an expansive demand campaigns are well promoted
  • Implementing video and on-demand webinar strategy
  • Supporting in the optimization of inbound lead flow on the website for increased conversions
  • Following quality data practices within Salesforce Campaigns as well as HubSpot marketing automation
  • Monitoring budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Negotiating and executing contracts for both vendors and tools
  • Assisting in evaluating ROI for all demand tactics by each vendor and stage of the buyer journey
  • Communicating campaign calendar internally and maintaining visibility of ROI for each stage of the funnel through to booking


  • 2+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in FinTech and/or B2B SaaS
  • Highly organized & detail oriented individual
  • Project management experience and time-management skills for successfully navigating time-sensitive projects
  • Familiarity with project management software like 
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or an equivalent marketing automation platform
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Analytical thinker that asks thoughtful questions and identifies project roadblocks
  • Ability to take direction and independently execute while asking for guidance when needed
  • Eager to learn, expand their skill set, and grow within the organization
  • Creative, self-motivated and excited to be a part of a high performance team
