Marketing Automation Manager

Role Description

The Marketing Automation Manager will lead Hubspot execution and strategy in order to progress Leads through the marketing funnel. This individual will maintain quality data practices in Salesforce Campaigns as well as HubSpot marketing automation.


  • Leading Inbound Methodology based campaigns aimed at progression buyers through an educational journey toward sales funnel entry
  • This role will lead HubSpot execution and strategy to progress known Leads from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • The Automation Manager is responsible for forecasting production based upon internal and external lead flow.
  • Manage and maintain clear communication and channels for feedback with the internal sales clients
  • Manage the communication between the Digital Demand Manager and Marketing Coordinator to ensure an expansive GTM program is well executed, measured and drives clear ROI
  • Maintain quality data practices in Salesforce Campaigns as well as HubSpot marketing automation
  • This role will own tools and vendor relationships such as Sendoso, HubSpot as well as lead generation vendors
  • This role will advise content teams, designers, advocate marketing managers and digital marketers on demand support to ensure our message is clearly communicated
  • Manage the digital events resource section of our website and ensure quality, breadth and depth of resources to educate our buyers
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for both vendors, tools and advisors
  • You will oversee, manage, and wrap-up demand budgets with internal teams and vendors
  • Assist in evaluating ROI for all demand tactics for each vendor and stage of the buyer journey
  • Work closely with the Channel Marketing Manager and Director of Product Marketing in strategic planning of demand calendar
  • Communicate campaign calendar internally, promote externally and measure ROI for each stage of the funnel through to booking


  • 2-4 years experience in FinTech, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • HubSpot experience is required to be successful in this position
  • Highly organized & detail oriented individual
