Director of Marketing

Role Description

The Director of Marketing, armed with at least 3 years of experience in the Fintech space, will manage a high performance content manager and guide the production strategy based upon gap analysis and sales cycle research. 


  • Managing an extensive content calendar that serves an inbound methodology demand strategy

  • Develop and provide buyer persona information for internal and external use to ensure sales and distributor personnel have the right assets and materials to accelerate sales cycles
  • Lead and scale advocate marketing initiatives and manage a advocate marketing manager
  • Evaluate the timely adjustment of marketing strategies and plans to respond to changing markets and provide marketing advice and guidance on various distributors
  • Create a Sales Enablement Roadmap that is measurable and driven toward sales and marketing knowledge increase
  • Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideas and content from customer research and sales cycle analysis
  • Execute upon the product message from a client’s value perspective, work with content production and demand generation teams to ensure production aligns with market research
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement within sales enablement and sales cycle acceleration
  • Aide in the production of Case Studies and client content production based upon interview and post implementation interviews
  • Collaborate with Demand Leader, Advocate Marketing Coordinator, Director of Client Success and Product Team to ensure all teams have a deep understanding of, clients core program messages
  • Source, train and manage vendors related to your marketing programs


  • 3 years experience in FinTech, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Highly organized & detail oriented individual
  • Strong written communication with audience adaptation skills
  • Creative, self-motivated and excited to be a part of a high performance team
  • Ability to see the big picture, build a team-oriented approach to problem solving and analyze the marketplace to ensure the Company remains competitive
  • Above average persuasive writing skills
  • Strong decision-making skill requiring detailed analysis and investigation with solutions requiring original thinking and a high degree of judgment significantly affecting multiple areas of the Company
