Role Description
At Trovata, we believe finance professionals should be able to provide quick insight vs. spending their day-to-day taming a spreadsheet. Client Success is where sales, insight and technology meet to provide clients with a best in class consultative experience. We are looking for a driven professional that is interested in disrupting “business as usual” within the finance and treasury functions of corporates.
As part of the Client Success team, you will be responsible for managing client communication, training, product adoption, and feedback. You will partner across functions to advocate on behalf of clients in order to drive the best in-tool experience. You will report to the Director of Client Success.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive, professional, and proactive client experience
- Encourage client adoption of the product through regular communication and training
- Keep client communications and meeting notes updated in the corporate CRM
- Respond to client inquiries
- Provide feedback on product experience and new requested functionality
- Troubleshoot basic client issues
- Identify product expansion opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years in a complex and fast-paced client-focused environment where time management is critically important
- 2+ years of client servicing (B2B preferred)
- Strong proactive communicator
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of commercial banking (or similar) required
- Basic understanding of bank transaction activity
- Accounting or finance reporting proficiency
