Account Manager – US – WEST

Role Description

At Trovata, we believe finance professionals should be able to provide quick insight vs. spending their day-to-day taming a spreadsheet. Client Success is where sales, insight and technology meet to provide clients with a best in class consultative experience. We are looking for a driven professional that is interested in disrupting “business as usual” within the finance and treasury functions of corporates. 
As part of the Client Success team, you will be responsible for managing client communication, training, product adoption, and feedback. You will partner across functions to advocate on behalf of clients in order to drive the best in-tool experience. You will report to the VP of Client Success.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive, professional, and proactive client experience
  • Encourage client adoption of the product 
  • Keep client communications and meeting notes updated in the corporate CRM
  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Provide feedback on product experience and new requested functionality
  • Close subscription renewals efficiently and effectively
  • Identify product expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive great client outcomes


Requirements

  • 2+ years in fast-paced SaaS start-up environment
  • 2+ years of B2B customer success or sales experience
  • Experience in managing SaaS subscription renewals
  • Excellent communicatorHighly organized, detail-oriented, and determined
  • Curious and a hunger to learn
  • Working knowledge of commercial banking or selling into finance professionals
